Raw Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
1 frozen banana (or more if you like)
Splash of almond milk/water
tiny amount of spirulina powder for colour
1-2 drops of mint extract 
chocolate chips/cocoa nibs
Blend all ingredients together in a blender/food processor until it is VERY smooth and creamy. This might take a while depending on how good your blender. Make sure to scoop down the sides!
Top with chocolate chips. Go fancy and add some shredded coconut up there or sliced almonds
*NOTE: DO NOT put in too much mint extract! I put too much in mine and it ended up very bitter, which is not what you want in ice cream.
